IPA – International Players Agency is a professional & experienced company specialized in football scouting.
The family business was founded in early 2019 and it’s headquarter is in Berlin – Germany.

Managing directors are Lino K. Goldberg and George K. Goldberg which both are FIFA licensed football agents. They manage the agency together with their father Khris Traykov. With years of experience in professional sports in Canada, the USA and Europe, IPA has built up an international network in the world of sports business.

Khris Traykov started his career as a professional football player in Europe and later developed himself as a professional football coach. He has been holding a UEFA A license for 18 years and contining to encourage the further development of all IPA’s players in all training phases.

During the scouting phase all IPA represented players are being developed with the right amount of professional training and coaching ,as well as nutrition & intensive support. Further on accompanied to the professional clubs for their try-out training.

The focus in this competitive sport lies in the connection between talent ambitious and sporting passion! Weaknesses do not exist and the strengths are further expanded and promoted. We call it player-development. IPA’s current portfolios consist of professional, experienced football players which are ready to be places in the professional and amateur leagues. Many talented young players are also among the talents of IPA.
